PAS Clinic Build Managed Service – New EHR Deployments
USAGE
If your trust is undertaking a new Oracle Cerner EHR deployment, our experienced patient administration system (PAS) configuration team will support you at every step: recommended best-practice design, data migration (trial loads), go-live, stabilisation and transition to business as usual (BAU). From operational to back-office teams, we’ll coordinate every aspect of change.
Our PAS clinic build and data migration managed service has a proven track record across a range of NHS trusts. The service includes unlimited change requests, including new requests, clinic modifications and removal of redundant clinics. We also provide lessons learned to ensure that your outpatient clinics are set up for operational readiness.
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager to coordinate requirements, ensure quality assurance and provide weekly highlight reports. With regular performance reviews, we undertake to ensure the best quality service delivery.
