USAGE

A clinical report is a document containing organisation, patient demographic, and clinical result information posted across Millennium Platform. Clinical reports may be created in paper or electronic format for purposes such as a release of information, patient transfers, and sending to physicians without access to view their patient’s clinical results online. 

Clinical Reporting XR provides several manual and automated methods for generating reports and provides the ability to maintain and track the information that has been produced.
