MANAGED SERVICE
We offer a bespoke Electronic Health Record (EHR) application managed service, from unlimited change requests to individual statements of work. From operational readiness to back-office teams handover support, we’ll plan and assist with every aspect of the transition.
Our managed service provides you with access to our extensive development capabilities across all main Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions. Our fully defined and proven implementation model covers every stage of the development life cycle.
As part of our quality assurance approach, we have an internal testing team to perform regression and functional testing prior to trust handover for all development projects. We have extensive knowledge of NHS workflows and system functionality across all main hospital services. .
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager to coordinate requirements, develop & maintain a project plan, undertake quality assurance, and provide weekly highlight reports. At e-Health, we will provide regular performance reviews and ensure top-quality service delivery!

Product Licensing
Our pre-configured products (e.g MPage solutions) are available to be licenced at a fixed fee. This is inclusive of ongoing maintenance and support.
